Report on Comparative Analysis Between Treatment and Control Groups
1. Blood Test Conditions.
Based on the available data, the control group exhibited worse overall blood test conditions compared to the treatment group. This observation aligns with the more advanced disease stages (e.g., higher prevalence of Stage IIIb and IV) and greater instances of disease progression noted in the control group. The treatment group, which underwent standardized therapeutic protocols, showed relatively stabilized blood parameters, suggesting better tolerance and response to interventions. Blood parameters in trial group (e.g., hemoglobin, WBC, liver/kidney markers) were consistently better, reflecting improved tolerance to therapy. However, in control group worsening blood tests correlated with disease progression (e.g., anemia, elevated inflammatory markers).
Conclusion: Valor Humani patients maintained healthier blood profiles, suggesting enhanced treatment efficacy.
2. Karnovsky Performance Status (KPS) Differences
While the report does not explicitly detail KPS scores for each patient, indirect indicators such as disease stage, treatment tolerance, and clinical outcomes suggest disparities between the groups:
-
Treatment Group: Estimated KPS ≥ 80% (no complaints, active follow-up).
-
Control Group: KPS ≤ 60% in symptomatic patients (e.g., pain, relapse).
Key Insight: The treatment group demonstrated significantly better functional capacity.
3. General Trial Outcomes
By the trial’s conclusion, notable differences emerged:
-
Treatment Group: Demonstrated better adherence to therapy, fewer instances of progression, and earlier-stage diagnoses.
-
Control Group: Featured more aggressive disease (e.g., metastatic rectal cancer in Patient 24), higher relapse rates, and poorer tolerance to chemotherapy.
Conclusion: The treatment group exhibited superior clinical stability and performance metrics compared to the control group, underscoring the potential efficacy of the trial protocol.

General Monthly Report of Trial Program (Control Group)
Medical test program started from 14.05.2024 in Samarkand Branch of Republican Specialized Scientific and Practical Medical Center of Oncology and Radiology.
30 patients have been included into the trial: 15 patients who received Valor Humani and 15 patients in follow-up (control group). Most patients have stage III cancer and undergo combined or complex methods of treatment. All patients were informed about the effectiveness testing of Valor Humani in GI tract malignancies and life expectancy prolongation.
Key notes:
-
3 more patients (total 7 from control group) passed away.
-
Two patients were under symptomatic treatment, receiving painkillers. Their conditions worsened. Patient 1 has disphagy III stage, needs surgery. Patient 2 has abdominal cavity canceromatosis with pain syndrome.
-
Patient 3 was recommended active and intensive (monthly) follow-up in November 2024 due to high relapse risk; underwent surgery.
-
Five patients reported no complaints or relapse signs; recommended for monthly check-ups.
Conclusion:
At the end of the control group trial, 7 patients were excluded. 8 patients remained: 6 stable (no signs of disease), 2 under symptomatic treatment.

Final Report on Trial Program (29.03.2025)
The medical trial program began on May 14, 2024, at the Samarkand Branch of the Republican Specialized Scientific and Practical Medical Center of Oncology and Radiology. Patients were divided into two groups (main: Valor Humani; control).
Findings:
-
6 patients excluded from the main group (1 excluded after 2nd month post-operation; 5 more excluded in the last months; 1 of these passed away due to brain infarction).
-
1 patient underwent full investigation — no relapse reported.
-
No side effects were reported (vomiting, nausea, weakness, shortness of breath, insomnia, abdominal pain, diarrhea, constipation).
-
9 patients remained; general condition well, no complaints, no relapse.
-
Conclusions from 3 doctors: Valor Humani is effective, patients’ conditions satisfactory.
Conclusion:
Compared to the control group, the main group remained in generally fit, well condition. The number of patients exceeded the control group.
